Does the PiTFT Plus 480x320 3.5" TFT+Touchscreen (ADA2441) work with the Pi Zero? From what I have read it should do as the SPI bus is the same, but the product description lists other Pi models, not the Zero. Just wanted to check before I order one.
Yes, there is no reason why it wouldn’t work.
Any product released prior to the Zero (or Pi2/3 for that matter) is unlikely to have an updated description to list all compatible Pis… although there are (albeit very few) exceptions (so you are right to ask if unsure), any product claimed to be compatible with an A+/B+ has a 99% chance to be suitable for combining with a Zero/Zero W (or Pi 2/3 for that matter).
