Frame for raspberry touchscreen broken

Hi,

I just ordered a few days ago a frame for my raspberry touchscreen display, but one of the two stands was way too big for one layer and they both broke when I try to assembly it.
What can I do to have a new stand and a new layer 4 (Coupé) without having to buy a new frame, because the problem isn’t really my fault … :x
