# How would I go about controlling pan tilt hat and pi camera over LAN?

I got a pan tilt hat for Christmas and I am trying to use it with a pi camera to make a sort of security module that can be viewed over lan.

I already have a good knowledge of HTML and css but how would I go about interfacing with the pi in python and HTML to move the servos and show the camera?
