Hi all,
I bought the HyperPixel 2.1 Round and have used it as a non-touch dashboard for almost a year. But recently, I found the glass has popped out of its frame (photo)
The display is still functional, but the glass is not fixated to the display frame anymore, which makes it unusable.
Is it a known issue, or it’s just my bad luck? And what can we do with this? Is this still under warranty (under 2 years in EU)?
I submitted this to the support team but still have no answer.
