I am getting I/O Error for a while, I checked Pi Configuration and it asked to enable the I2C but even after enabling I2C when I get back to terminal the I2C gets disabled automatically and configuration again asks to enable the I2C.
I think the issues I am facing is due to disabled I2C but I am not able to enable it.
Try doing it from sudo raspi-config run from a terminal window.
