I have recently purchased a set of Innr Zigbee bulbs to kit out some new lights in my house. I already have Zigbee gear set up and was expecting a simple pairing exercise, as the product descriptions on the shop suggest any Zigbee hub can be used.
However, I have so far not been able to pair either the candles (e14, P/N RB 243-2) or the spots (GU10, P/N RS 240-2). Has anyone else purchased any of the Innr range from the shop, and been able to pair them?
The Innr site suggests using their app, but this requires their specific hub which I wish to avoid.
Help welcomed to get these paired up! I am using an SMLight SLZB-06 Co-Ordinator, hooked up to Zigbee2MQTT, MQTT then on to Home Assistant. Thanks in advance!
I just bought 10 of the GU10s. 8 paired out of the box - when I powered them on for the first time they flashed twice and then were picked up by Home Assistant ZHA. I had already started pairing from Home Assistant from a nearby zigbee device,
The last two aren’t behaving. When I power them on, they flash twice very quickly, but aren’t discovered. It looks like a slightly different flash pattern to the others - more of a dot dot than a dash dash, if that morse code analogy makes sense. I’m not sure how to put them into pairing mode. Since all 10 lights are in my kitchen on one circuit I hope I don’t have to put them all in pairing mode to fix 2.
I have 10 GU10’s total on one circuit also, and after much tribulation I have 9 of 10 paired and happy. I’m either really lucky, or really unlucky, as the first bulb I tried was the one that wouldn’t pair…
If you have any breakthroughs on pairing the two you’re stuck with, please let me know! Keen not to have to raise a defect/return if it’s just a simple fix. Your analogy is perfect, and will check against my suspect bulb.
