# Order stuck in "Preparing for dispatch"

Hello,  
Last sunday I ordered a Picade, a Raspberry Pi 3 and its 2.5A alimentation (order #PI109397). It’s thursday now and my order status is still “Preparing for dispatch”. I had hope to be delivered next week, living in France I know delivery will take 3-5 days. But that won’t do if my order is waiting for dispatch a whole week.
