# Problem with HyperPixel 4.0 touch for RPi

I cannot get this display to work on my Pi 400 or any of my Pi boards. I have no way to know if its my configuration or is the display bad? No backlight, just dark no matter what. My question:  
Can you lead me to a clear step by step way to get this display to simply mirror the hdmi0 GUI or work as a command line terminal? My goal is to use the Adafruit Cyberdeck Hat for the Pi 400. I have set up other displays for RPi projects with great success but this one is a flop. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you manage to get it already working?  
Maybe it’s [related to this thread](https://forums.pimoroni.com/t/hyperpixel-4-not-working/27720/2) …?
