Dear Support,

Just received my Pi camera mount today. I found that the second plate is a little too think. So it does not fit into the slots in first plate. The first plate even cracked if I try to force it into the slot. Can you send a replacement to me? Thanks.

Alex Hui

Sorry about that! This sometimes happens due to the Perspex tolerances which can be enough to throw off the Camera mounts tight fit in rare circumstances. Pop us an email with your details and I’m sure we can sort you out!

Dear Support,

I sent a message to the support requesting a replacement a few days ago, but I get no response. Is there any other channel can handle this? Thanks.

Hi I have had a similar problem but when trying to snap the support base onto the camera mount the side arm snapped off.

Cheers,
Simon
