# Unicorn hat issue with LEDs

Hello I have a Unicorn Hat (classic not HD) connected to a Raspberry Pi 3 B.  
Follow all instructions for install in terminal but when I run the python scripts only 3-4 LEDs in the top right light up. Now Im wondering if the unicorn hat was damaged…? Any advice or assistance would be helpful.
