It’s likely something they haven’t thought of doing, not on a Pirate Audio board anyway. It’s not something it was intended to be used for.
You can do an @ to get somebody’s attention. You just have to know who works for Pimoroni and what username they use.
I know Phill does for sure @gadgetoid
