I’ve always been interested in how things work and modified them to carry out functions they were not designed for. This curiosity sparked an interest in electronics starting with discrete components, computing and a little programming, machine code on the ZX81 and PicMicrochips, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi computers and microcontrollers. Family and work committments interupted learning and consolidation of these skill sets which I’m looking to renew and expand.

I also used AutoCad for work and now being retired use FreeCAD to produce models for 3D printing at home.
