Hi I’m Mills

I joined this forum as I had the new 10" Picade for Christmas, well I had the money to buy myself the Picade as the rest of the family think technology begins and ends with smartphones!.

Anyway it seems I’m now on mission impossible to add an external volume control to the Picade, (I’ve added a log pot but it doesn’t seem to do much) hence me stumbling across this forum, I really really need external volume control as I’m disturbing various household members & cats when I swap from Sonic to Fire Shark, honestly the built in volume control 's are a hack at best! (my only criticism of the Picade).

In the real world I fix bikes for a living and have become the families go to tech person as I made a media centre out of a RPi and run linux on my laptop and tower pc (my needs were modest) also everyone I know thinks I’m odd as I have a laptop and a tower and it’s 2019.
Please don’t think that any of the above makes me technically proficent, I just follow online tutorials and watch youtube video’s.
