Badger 2040 W Battery-Connection

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a small project and need a battery connection for my Badger. Now I have bought a battery holder for 2 AAA batteries with a JST-PH2 connection. After I have inserted the batteries and connected the Badger to the holder, nothing happens. Not even when I press the various button combinations that are already described here in the forum. Is version 2 of the JST-PH connector even correct? I have the latest version of badger OS installed.

Does that battery holder maybe have an on off switch?
You also want to make sure the polarity of the plug is correct.

OK, my Tufty has a power button you have to press. I don’t see one on the Badger though? I don’t have any other suggestions?

what about the JST-PH Version? Is the version 2 of the battery holder compatible? In the product description there’s just JST-PH mentioned, not the specific version of it.

EDIT: Seems the difference between v1 and v2 ist the distance between the pins. I think v2 is correct, otherwise it would not fit into the dongle.
