Need help with my newly installed Fan SHIM on my RPi 4; it runs constantly as soon as I apply power, no LEDs. LOU

Umm that’s the default “out of the box” operation of the shim - you need to install the software to control the fan based on CPU temperature and to control the LED.

Have you installed the software?

I thought it was pre-installed, so I attempted to modify the on/off/delay parameters - without any results. I’ll go back and install

Thanks, I fixed it. May have to go back and change some settings later, but it works!
