i am attempting to make a smart watch style product , i want it to display a robot style graphic on the screen , to vibrate occassionly and trace heart rate. can these components be used together?

It should work as both modules are I2C and the Beetle supports it. You might want to pop over to the Arduino forum for more info on programming it.
