Okay, here is the plan of the other HAT I connected the unicorn hat to 5v, Ground and the fifth pin on right side ( bcm12)
I think it is also possible that the robot board that I have is also using PWM technology. Is it possible, although they are using seperate data pins that they interfer? Link: https://github.com/simonmonk/raspirobotboard3
SOLVED- The audio settings were the point. I have forgotten to change the setting to hdmi!

Your wiring reminds me of when I first got a Pi and used hard-drive jumpers so I could connect breadboarding wire to the GPIO pins. Nice hack :D
