Hi,
I’m using:
- Raspberry Pi 4b 4GB
- https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/pololu-dual-g2-high-power-motor-driver-for-raspberry-pi?variant=115415072769018v18
- 11.1V 6000mAh Titan Lithium Ion battery powering the g2 driver which powers RPi
- https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/adafruit-16-channel-pwm-servo-bonnet-for-raspberry-pi
I know how to calculate resistors for controlling leds, but controlling them with the pwm bonnet makes it more difficult. Who can tell me the limit of leds (parallel or serie) each channel on this bonnet? (Or teach me how to calculate that myself?)
The documentation says:
It can be used for LEDs as well as any other PWM-able device! Use the Signal and Ground pins if you dont mind the LEDs powered by 3.3V and 220ohm series resistor. Or V+ and your own resistor & LED, if you want up to 5V power for the LEDs"
