Automation HAT Thermostat Control and Alarm Siren

Hi All,

I’m running Mozilla Webthings Gateway on a Raspberry Pi 3 and have procured an Automation Hat in the hope of retiring my Nest thermostat and Pyronix alarm system.

I want to achieve 2 things with the HAT.

  1. Send a call for heat to a gas combi boiler using existing thermostat wiring, I believe a relay on the Automation Hat can do this?
  2. Activate a Pyronix Deltabell Siren 9v when the automation platform detects a perceived threat. Can a relay achieve this also?
