I received my PiBow Ninja case with an additional layer 3 taped to the outside of the box for the Raspberry Pi 2 model. The modified layer 3 piece that wraps around the power connector was already broken. I assume this happened during shipping since it was only taped to the outside of the box and not shipped in the actual Pimoroni Pibow cardboard box.
Please let me know if you can ship a replacement so I can finish the installation of my new Raspberry Pi 2 system.
