At last we have got the SerLCD display working with a Raspberry Pi Pico, using I2C and Micropython. Thank you everyone who offered help especially @alphanumeric .

Nicely done. I’ve had my fair share of head scratching etc. It feels really good though when you stick with it and get results. And with any luck you learn something along the way. ;)
