Can I sell a product that I made using the Picade

Hey guys I know this is an open source community but I wanted to ask because I get asked all the time if I people can buy it, So I was wondering if its legal for me to sell something i made with the Picade

or if Im going to run it legal issues in the future

It can depend what it is and what it involves, could you be more specific about your project? Is it based around Picade the complete arcade kit, or Picade the PCB? How does the Picade tie in, what role does it serve?
