Created a simple NHS Rainbow for our window

Hey All,

First time posting here!

I got a unicorn-phat over the weekend and used the rainbow sample code and changed to be an NHS logo and rainbow for our window to show our support.

Just some basic changes to the included rainbow.py sample script but I like the results!
