Display-O-Tron 3000 on Raspberry Pi Zero?

Since the Display-O-Tron 3000 is quite similar to the normal Display-O-Tron HAT I was wondering, if it’s also possible to mount it on a Raspberry Pi Zero? It is mentionend that the normal one is working with a Zero, but it’s missing on the 3000 description.

Yes the display-o-tron 3000 should work on the raspberry pi zero

As a rule, all HATs and pHATs will probably work on Raspberry Pi B+, 2, 3, and 0 unless the instructions or marketing explicitly says it won’t.

the Display-o-tron 3000 is neither though, but yes, I can confirm the above answers and you can extend that rule of thump to the add-ons made for 26-pin Raspberry Pi too.

… I can’t think of any add-on I’ve come across that would be unsuitable for a Zero, though there might be some odd-ball out there made specifically for the early Pis (and even then I suspect it’d be a matter of mild modification of any supporting software that may exit).
