I have other inky displays that are working great and I recently purchased two new displays for projects and the first one I used was perfect and the second one that I didn’t get to right away seems to be only displaying a very faint image. When it goes through the update cycle It looks like only the black is sort of working. The image on the display out of the box looked fine, so maybe something happened in shipping. I already tried re-seating the ribbon cable and two other raspberry pi devices just to make sure that wasn’t the problem.
