Just doing the most basic test examples I get about a 20% success rate on displaying the hello_world.py. It usually stops refreshing early and I get half an image.
I’m using just the two items I purchased directly from Pimoroni. The Inky Impression 2025 Spectra6 and the Rasp Pi Zero 2 W.
I’ve tried new SD cards, Pi power supply, etc.
Do I have faulty hardware?
Could be. The only other reason I could think of is a bad mechanical connection. Maybe you want to post a picture of it? But if it is not very obvious, then it is hard to diagnose anything remotely anyhow. And if it is obvious, you would have certainly already fixed it.
Otherwise, write an e-mail to support. They are very helpful.
Did the Zero 2 W come with the header installed?
Pi Zero 2W firmly attached to the Inky header?
