I recently got an Inky Impression 7.3" (2025 Edition) E-Ink display. It’s controlled by a Pi Zero 2 W. Things went fine, however there are three clusters of faulty pixels (~7 pixels each) which cannot be “brought to life”, that is there are persisting color faults (the pixels change color depending on image, but are mostly black or white -always visibly wrong). Cleaning (clean.py) the image did not help. Are such defective pixels usual? Is there a procedure to bring them back to life?
