Giteki mark is for Japan RF(wirless signal control) law.
We need to have these use in Japan.

There is no mark on the device. The package has CE and FCC marks, and the radio chip (RM2 of Raspberry Pi Foundation) also only has CE and FCC.
But maybe you should direct your inquiry directly to support@pimoroni.com, they can certainly provide an official statement.
