How to compile BSEC software package from Bosch

I am trying to compile the BSEC software package from Bosch for my BME680 sensor on a PiB+ from:
https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/bst/products/all_products/bsec

I’m following this guide, but i’m honestly lost after downloading, unzipping the package.

trho/bsec_bme680_linux

My question:
Do I navigate to a particular directory within the unzipped folder, then type the following command in the terminal:
./make?
