I’ve just installed the HyperPixel4 square touch screen on a new Pi 3A+ using the latest Raspbian Buster. Although it is working ok, the rotation command does not work, e.g.
hyperpixel4-rotate left
Correctly rotates the touch, but the display remains in normal orientation. It complains with a warning:
xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Warning: output DSI-1 not found; ignoring
Reboot then reverts touch to normal too.
I did accidentally install the wrong driver initially, but I thought I reverted this before reinstalling and it is basically working now.
Both the device trees for v3d and firmwarekms are showing as status disabled, but I don’t know if this is the issue and how to enable if it is.
Any ideas how to progress this? Thanks.
