LSM303 Python support

Hi I’ve just ordered the ‘Triple-axis Accelerometer+Magnetometer (Compass) Board - LSM303’, I’ve just noticed I can’t find any python modules for the Pi to get this working, seems to be plenty for the Arduino and I’ve no idea how to port it from c to python - anyone already done this?
