I just tried to connect my new micro:bit via Bluetooth (as I already know it from my micro:bit v1: A+B + Reset), but the LEDs don’t show anything, neither on my iPad nor on my smartphone is a connection indicated, only the red light is glowing next to the USB port of the micro:bit). I can connect to the micro:bit via USB without any problems and I have already tried the various ways of restoring the Bluetooth, e.g. micro:bit will not enter pairing mode : Help & Support. Do you have any other ideas what I can do? Or is the board defective?
