I would say no, its marked as Line Out. And I see no mention anywhere of audio in being an option.

Thanks! I suspected the same, but wanted to confirm with the experts here. :)
Do you know if I can use a USB mic along with a pHAT DAC? Hopefully the DAC won’t interfere with USB mic input.

A USB MIC should be doable. The DAC will only interfere with a another device trying to use i2s.
