yes, they basically only use I2C with no address conflicts.

Is it possible to use a touchscreen and a control circuit through stackable headers with the the pHAT DAC? I would like to create a music player that uses touchscreen and buttons…

Without knowing what hardware you are considering it’s impossible to confirm either way. Typically, displays tend to be driven using the spi interface, in which case that should cause no trouble.

… so essentially you need to shortlist what you aim to include in your project, and hopefully one of us can chime in and advise as to whether there is potential trouble ahead, with or without possible workaround (and difficulty implementing).
