Pirate Audio &Raspberry Pi zero

Hi,

i installed the pirate audio software and i can access both mopidy and iris from the web. I put an mp3 file in /home/pi/music and played it, but nothing is heard !

I have the pirate audio line out card and I see from the screen that the song is playing.

In mopidy.conf I have:

[audio]
mixer_volume = 80
output = alsasink device=hw:sndrpihifiberry

With aplay -l

**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****

i tested the audio output with
aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav

but nothing is heard

For speaker, I use the Creative Labs D200 connected to the AUX input.
