UF2 file in use:

Running cheerlights example code, hit stop and this happens:
Unable to connect to COM12: Cannot configure port, something went wrong. Original message: PermissionError(13, 'A device attached to the system is not functioning.', None, 31)
If you have serial connection to the device from another program, then disconnect it there first.
Process ended with exit code 1.
Board reset button doesn’t fix it.
Only way to fix it is to unplug / replug USB. (Tested over two Win 11 devices)
Other Pico W devices, e.g.,
( MicroPython feature/psram-and-wifi, pico2_w v0.0.11 on 2024-11-26; Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W with RP2350) …are fine, no issues.
