I love the yukon platform and immediately bought a few when it first came out, however I am disappointed in the lack of development. I’d love to see things progress!
I’d love to see more modules developed and wanted to start a thread where anyone else could share what they’d like to see!

BLDC motors have come down dramatically since the launch of Yukon, I’d love to see some BLDC drivers modules!
I was just about to ask, what would you like to see. :)
Just so you know, I don’t own one. I do have a couple of Pimoroni Inventors I’ve tinkered with off and on.

As the engineer of the product, I too have been disappointed. There are many reasons why there hasn’t been more development, but it ultimately comes down to lack of strong module ideas (i.e. cannot be achieved using existing modules or a proto module with a bit of soldering), and other products taking development priority. As such, Yukon only gets a light touch from me, with occasional firmware bumps as and when customers ask for it.

A BLDC driver has been on my internal list since launch, but it has sadly never come to fruition. This is in part to my lack of knowledge of how to drive BLDCs, which would be needed to provide the necessary software support. Yes we could release a driver without software but it would not sell as well. I did briefly work with a community member for that, who was able to get a BLDC working with the existing dual motor modules. Here’s there code base if you’re interested GitHub - fasaxc/yukon-bldc
There are also 3 minor modules that I developed, a Potentiometer Module, a Mechanical Key Module, and a Micro SD Card module. These have been built for months but are waiting on software and the rest of the things needed to release new products. Perhaps I’ll get time after Badgeware launches…
