I’ll refrain from posting in support as this request isn’t related to any product, but I’ve got a couple of questions about the Site and the Forums.
Has anything changed on the shop.pimoroni.com site ? it no longer loads correctly for me. It did 3 weeks or so ago when I ordered a bunch of Pi stuff. The page tries to display a never ending page length if you understand what I mean. The slider bar shows as though the page is huge (ie never ending). and it just doesn’t display correctly even when I log on. Any ideas ? Using FF52.0 on Win XP. (yes I know !!).
Also, when using theses forums and reading the topics, the oldest message is at the top and the newest at the bottom. Any way to change that ?
Now that ModMyPi has been absorbed :) this is the last refuge for the Pi tinkerer !
I’d flush / empty your browser cache and see if that helps the page load. No problems here with edge.
Refreshing the page a few times may also make it load.
As to your forum issue, once your in a section like say Support, click “activity” and see if the arrow points down, and if that fixes it.

I’ve deleted the complete web cache, deleted the history, deleted cookies and just about done everything apart from removing FF. No difference I’m afraid.

So I think the issue is with the way they’ve made the shop site format (quite probably its the Liquid template language code at Shopify) https://shopify.github.io/liquid/.
It could also be the fact that my browser version is now over a year out of date, but it loads almost all other web sites. I’ve just loaded the site in Chrome and its also all distorted vertically, but its an old version of Chrome as well, guess I’m just old ! I’ll just have to hope that the site gets a code update sometime in the future.

I’ve had issues in the past here using IE. I ended up reluctantly moving on to Edge. I almost always go here from my Windows 10 PC.
If I go here on a Pi, I’m usually in the Learn section. Its been a while since I’ve come here on a Linux PC.
You must have accidentally clicked the Activity and toggled it up instead of down. Fixed now so thats good. One problem solved anyway.
