Does anybody know where to legally download Retro ROMs? I think most Atari games are legal because they are abandoned, but I want to be safe.

http://www.atarimania.com/ have got a lot of ROMS for various Atari systems. I don’t know about the legal side but they seem like a reputable site.
I personally use https://www.rompacks.com/ and the PD ROMs website. These two provide only original and legal homebrew retro games for different consoles.
