Aaarrrrggggghh!

now I love the ATTiny 85. Its great for all things sewable (https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/lilytwinkle) despite a lack of programmable memory you can run a fair few WS2812s.
Now I want to run just 8 WS2812s using a Digispark (original) clone powered by a lipo PP3 (ie ~9v). Now the slightly vexing thing is that the Digispark board only has a single solderable ground connection…going to need something creative!!!

No disrespect to the original designer, but why couldn’t he have put an extra ground connection on the board?

some cunning soldering
a small piece of veroboard
and a couple of short lengths of wire
