I recently purchased an adafruit bonnet for my raspberry pi from pimoroni but I’ve had some issues getting it to work with a 32x32 LED Matrix (also from Pimoroni). To avoid repeating details I’ve linked a support thread on the adafruit forums which has more information, I hope that’s OK:
