When i look at the pinout for the Automation HAT it seems to me that BCM 17,27 and 22 is available for other use. Is that correct ?
Yes, you can use them for what you want. And any of the other GPIO not used by the Automation Hat. Other i2c devices can be connected too, as long as no two have the same i2c address. In your case anything other than 0x48 or 0x54.

Which others is not in use ?
If you look at the pinout here, https://pinout.xyz/pinout/automation_hat# it shows you which ones are used by that Hat. BCM 5, 6, 13, 19, 26, 12, 16, 20 and 21 are used by the Automation hat and can’t be used by another device. Those with no grey marker are not in use and can be made use of by other devices.

What BCM pin is the CE0 pin ?
