A Raspberry Pi can be powered with +5V via the GPIO +5V pins, Pin 2 or 4 and ground pin 6. And there are a couple of different ways to do that.
This is one way, some soldering is required.
OnOff SHIM (micro-USB) – Pimoroni
EDIT: The On Off shim is for the 2.5A Micro USB power supply. Won’t work without an adapter if its a Pi 4B power supply etc. What model Pi are we talking about?
