Can the pHAT Stack be used with regular GPIO attatchments?

I’m considering picking up a Pimoroni pHAT Stack for my robotics project. I would like to know if I can connect a GPIO device to the pins of the pHAT Stack like I would without it. Any input on the topic is appreciated.

Also, in case you need to know what type of stuff I would be connecting, take a look at these:
Relay
GPS Module

Yes, the pHAT Stack just replicates the GPIO headers, so you can attach jumpers or anything else and it will connect to the Pi as if you’d plugged it directly into the Pi.

What he said. These come in handy for this type of stuff.
I’m pretty sure Pimoroni sold these in the past. I can’t find them in the Store now though?
