Combining Speaker pHAT with Four Letter pHAT

Hi all, this is more of a “better safe than sorry” kind of question, just wanted to check: can I stack a Speaker pHAT on top of a Four Letter pHAT?

After checking the pinouts, my understanding is that the only pins they have in common are I2C ones, which should be able to support multiple devices, so no problem there. Is this a correct interpretation?

Yes i2c can be connected to multiple devices, I’ve done it. The only issue is each device has to have a different address. That’s not an issue with Pimoroni pHats, They set then up so each type has their own address. As long as its not two of any one type your fine.
