CP2102 driver for MacOS Sequoia 15.2

I recently bought the CP2102 USB to Serial/UART with USB Type-C Plug and I’m trying to use it with my macbook, which is running MacOS Sequoia 15.2.

I’ve downloaded the driver from here and run it but it’s stalled on Installing new driver:

It’s been sat there for half-na-hour. I’m not sure what to do, now.

UPDATE

I left it powered and open until I went to bed and it was still like this. Twenty three hours later, it has errored out and the window contains the text:

install operation failed (null)  at -[AppDelegate takeInstallStep]:1235

I found something that suggested the CP2102 drivers were built-in to MacOS 15. I’d already tried the old installer and various other things when I found that out, so I followed the uninstallation instructions and restarted. I bought a different CP2102 which was immediately recognized by the machine. The Pimoroni one is still not.
