Dead LED - LED Shim

Greetings all,

I just received my LEDShim and LED17 (using 1-28 numbering) is dead.

Any testing/troubleshooting I can do here on my end to try and resurrect it?

I don’t think there is much that can be done?
The LED Shim uses i2c, so IMHO, it’s a dead LED.
I’d e-mail Tech Support for a replacement.
