My pi3B+ could not boot up with lightning bolt using 2.5A charger that using my pi3B. And another 2.5A charger could not boot up neither. Finally, I bought 5A charger, but my pi3B+ could not boot up with lightning bolt. Is my pi3B+ incipient failure?
I’m wrong. I used NOOBS2.4.5. When I use newest NOOBS2.8.1, pi3B+ works!
Yeah, there was an issue with some versions of Raspbian giving a false low volt warnings. It’s fixed in the latest and greatest current release.
