Hello I am Steve Drake and I need help understanding what happen to our inventor board when we remove these two diodes?

I thought I was in the support group when I started this post. It is support I need. I have looked at the schematic the problem there are no reference designators on the PCB so I don’t now which two diodes we are removing. I will try to upload a picture of the dides we are takihg off.

If we remove D2 the pico get no power from our battery ?

If we remove D3 then the USB power to drive motor is gone

if we remove D4 then our battery can’t supply our motors.

So which two things are goin to happen to us when we remove two diodes.

By the way I looked for more diodes on the board but could only find three and schematic shows D4, what am i missing , LEDs are not numbers D?. Just trying to improve my schematic reading ability.

Thank you to anyone who can help me .

ok it worked.

OK, i’ll byte =), why do you want to remove the Diods?
Inventor 2040 Pico W onboard?

Because I was told to. I want to know what happens when I do this. The problem is the PCB does not have any ref. Des so I don’t know which two I am taking off

Ok, if you have access to a multimeter, see which end of what goes where. Put it on Ohms and do some continuity checks. If you can sort out what end of said diod is connected too, you can figure out which one is which.

Looking at the schematic, I don’t see a D1? And this is the bit you want to look at.

EDIT: Do you have any electronics background?
