I’m using the HyperPixel 4 with Raspbian OS fresh install without any notable issues. Thank a lot for the work accomplished.
I also have a custom debian version of raspberry pi OS wich is based on Raspbian and I installed the HyperPixel 4 using the bash script : curl https://get.pimoroni.com/hyperpixel4 | bash
While I’m in the terminal, everything is black and white and the screen looks good.
After installing X11 + lightdm + xorg-server as soon as the xserver start, there is a kind of weird overlay over the screen. During the 2 first seconds, colors are ok and it quickly swtich to that :
I’ve tried to install the default raspberry pi OS on top, using : apt install raspberrypi-ui-mods but it’s the same. The startup looks fine white / black / red, colors are ok and then this weird greenish overlay takes over.
Any help to debug would be appreciate.
It’s a raspberry pi 3b+.
